Home/Business user single PC or Laptop £30.00 (10% off first callout charge discount*)

Home user upto three PC's or laptops £60.00 ( 25% off first callout charge discount*)

Business user upto five PC's or laptops £100.00 (50% off first callout charge discount*)

If a part is identified or suspected to be faulty via email this can and will only be confirmed by an engineer visit

Although we will try to help with all software issues there a 1000's of programs available and we can't gain indeph knowledge of them all, but we will try our best

Call out service is only available in Tyne & Wear, & County Durham

All PC's & laptops specifications will be collected at time of sale, if you are under your limit (e.g. you have two PC's when you take out the service and are on the home upto 3 package) and buy an additional PC during the year this can be added to your package at anytime during the year at no additional cost
